This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Sanctum-Sanctorium.co.uk. We are a UK-based business selling t-shirts exclusively within the United Kingdom.

- Delivery Area: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Shipping Method: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or other trusted UK couriers.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- We do not accept returns for worn or damaged items unless faulty.

- We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
