Just went to the Sheffield gig - what an absolute treat - sadly the arranged set couldn’t go ahead so David was gracious enough not to cancel and we ended up with a trial run of Whitby - wow I won’t spoil it but you are in for a TREAT! Thank you David Black for an amazing evening

It’s 1987 and I’m 17 with a cheap guitar , fingerless gloves and an obsession with U2 , the cult , the mission and the smiths . I would have probably been practicing Sunday Bloody Sunday (badly ) as I had just seen U2 live at Wembley and was learning a few U2 classics at the time

Circa 83, Dark Entries, well we were struggling for a band name, and I’d just been playing the song…and the rest as they say, is history…and after 3 gigs it was. 😂
